Pacific Stone Crab Claws are boiled immediately upon landing and iced right out of the pot. They remain chilled during packaging and prior to shipping pickup. Joe's West Coast ships all over the United States by overnight express in insulated chilled boxes.
Because our Pacific Stone Claw meat is so unbelievably good, a guideline with purchasing crab claws is to allow 1 pound per person. Approximately 2 ½ pounds cooked claws are required to one pound crabmeat.
